Nursing & NPCC (Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care) The organization is committed to provide all modern physical facilities for learning. The academic plan follows an in-built system of education-practice collaborative model. The integrated methods of teaching-learning equip students to transfer classroom learning to actual nursing care activities. The college has eight (8) Labs, used for students’ practical skill practice. For the hands-on clinical learning of students, the college is affiliated to the selected Govt. and Private Hospitals of Haldwani. Adopted Community Areas facilitate students’ learning in Public Health concepts, encompassing rural and urban life and living. The students are admitted through entrance examinations and health fitness tests. Keeping in view the core intent of the institution, the majority students come from Kumaon region. The college is well acclaimed in Uttarakhand for high standard of Nursing Education, practice and research. Over a period of 14 years, PCNMS has produced more than 4000 trained nurses who are serving in various hospitals / health centers in Uttarakhand, Delhi and other neighboring States. These trained professionals are well appreciated by the healthcare institutions. Evidently, every year leading hospitals visit PCNMS to offer placement to the out-going group of students, ensuring 100% placement of the passing out students.
