The Application Process

Important Note:
1. Fee once paid is not refundable.
2. Fee to be charged are subject to periodic revision and amendment and a
revised fee structure may be applicable irrespective of those mentioned in the
prospectus.
3. The Mess charges are separate.
4. Tuition fee can be paid in six monthly installments.
5. If any student discontinues the studies after the last date of the admission year or in the
subsequent years or does not join the program by the stipulated date, they are liable to pay the
tuition fee for the remaining months of the year (s). The candidate may be asked by the institution to
submit a Bank guarantee.
6. Candidates will have to pay the Annual Examination fee before each examination, as decided by the
Competent Examination

Ragging means causing, inducing, compelling or forcing a student whether by way of a practical joke or
otherwise to do any act which detract from human dignity or violates his person or exposes him to
ridicule or to forbear from doing any lawful act by intimidating, wrongfully restraining, wrongfully
containing or injuring him or by using criminal force to him or by holding out to him any threat of such
intimidation, wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, injury or the use of criminal force.
Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has defined ragging as a criminal offence.

No person who is a student in an educational institution, including an institution under the management of
the university or the central government shall commit or abet ragging.
Any person who indulges in or abets ragging shall on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a
term which may extend to one year. Ragging is a criminal and non-bailable offence.

1. Attested photocopy of High School/ICSE/CBSC/State Board, or its equivalent,
pass certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
2. Attested photocopy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination from a
recognized Board/University (If a candidate has appeared for the qualifying examination but
the final result is not yet declared, a certificate in that effect from the Head of the Institution
must be produced)
3. Attested photocopy of Caste certificate, if applicable.
4. Attested photocopy of Domicile Proof.
5. Attested photocopy of any other certificate, appropriate to the Course of Study applied
Furnishing of false information or suppression of any information would disqualify the candidate from
the Entrance Examination and cancellation of admission if already admitted. If necessary, legal action
may also be taken against such a candidate.
